When are the 2024 CMA Awards? Date, start time, nominees, hosts, where to watch and stream

It's time for country music's biggest night.

The 58th Annual CMA Awards are taking place this week in Nashville and all eyes are on who will be taking home the coveted trophies.

Awards will be handed out by an exciting lineup of presenters including Simone Biles, Clint Black, Jeff Bridges, Mark Collie, Jordan Davis, Freddie Freeman and more.

The night will also include performances from some of the hottest stars in country music including Post Malone, Chris Stapleton, Lainey Wilson, Shaboozey, Kelsea Ballerini, Brooks & Dunn, Eric Church, Luke Combs, Riley Green, Jelly Roll, Cody Johnson, Ella Langley, Noah Kahan, Megan Moroney, Kacey Musgraves and Bailey Zimmerman.

When are the 2024 CMA Awards? Date, time

The 58th Annual CMA Awards will take place at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee on Wednesday, Nov. 20 at 8 p.m. ET.

How to watch the 2024 CMA Awards on TV, streaming

The 2024 CMA Awards will air live on ABC at 8 p.m. ET and will be available to stream on Hulu the next day.

Who is hosting the 2024 CMA Awards?

Luke Bryan, Peyton Manning and Lainey Wilson will host the 58th Annual CMA Awards. While Bryan and Manning have previously hosted the awards, Wilson will be hosting the awards for the first time this year.

“Hosting the CMA Awards is such an honor, and it’s crazy when I realize this is my fourth year back,” Bryan said in a statement. “Peyton and I have really worked to build off each other and now adding Lainey to the mix will just bring another fun element to the night. Celebrating Country Music never gets old to me.”

Manning, in a statement, said he is "honored to be back" to host the awards again this year, adding he's "excited for an incredible night of celebration and Country Music.”

“I could not be more excited to host the CMA Awards this year with Luke and Peyton,” Wilson said in a statement. “It’s such an incredible honor and something I’ve always dreamed of doing."

2024 CMA Awards nominees

With seven nominations in total, Morgan Wallen tops the list of most nominations received followed by Cody Johnson and Chris Stapleton who have five nominations each. Other nominated musicians include Post Malone, Lainey Wilson, Louis Bell, Luke Combs, Charlie Handsome, Hoskins, Jelly Roll, Megan Moroney and Kacey Musgraves.

Country Music icon George Strait, meanwhile, will receive the 2024 CMA Willie Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award and will accept the honor during the event.
