Lindsie Chrisley, daughter of Todd Chrisley, arrested on suspicion of DUI

Lindsie Chrisley Campbell, the estranged daughter of Todd Chrisley, has reportedly been arrested and accused of driving under the influence.

The former "Chrisley Knows Best" star, 36, was arrested in Cherokee County, Georgia, early the morning of Sunday, May 24, on suspicion of DUI, attempting to elude police, reckless driving, speeding and improper passing, the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office confirmed to USA TODAY Tuesday, May 26. The office noted she came in and was released the same day, on nearly $6,000 bond.

According to records viewed by People, Campbell was specifically arrested on suspicion of DUI less safe – meaning driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level below 0.08%.

The podcaster and influencer told TMZ, which was first to report the news, that she would "fight the charge."

"I got pulled over speeding past a car on a two lane road because they almost hit an animal and I was trying to miss hitting them and whatever the animal was," she said.

USA TODAY has reached out to Campbell's reps for comment.

Campbell is Chrisley's oldest child, with his first wife, Teresa Terry. They also share son Kyle Chrisley, 34, who was most recently arrested in Tennessee in December on suspicion of domestic assault, assaulting an officer, resisting arrest and other charges, according to Rutherford County court records reviewed by USA TODAY. According to an arrest affidavit obtained by news station WSMV, Kyle Chrisley allegedly acted belligerently, jumped out of a vehicle, made suicidal and homicidal threats, and punched several officers who attempted to detain him.

He was released on a $88,500 bond at the time. He was also previously arrested in September 2024 for aggravated assault.

Todd and his current wife, Julie Chrisley – who have had their own legal troubles – share son Chase Chrisley, 29, daughter Savannah Chrisley, 28, and Grayson Chrisley, 20. The couple was pardoned by President Donald Trump in May 2025, after two years in prison for using fraudulent loans to obtain more than $22 million, defrauding the IRS and committing tax evasion.

Meanwhile, Chase Chrisley was arrested for simple assault in January 2025, after a victim told police that he "became really drunk" and slapped them twice before refusing to leave a sports bar in Atlanta. He later sought treatment for alcohol addiction.
