It just became red carpet official for Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster.

The pair, who have reportedly been dating for months following Jackman's split from Deborra-Lee Furness, made their Hollywood debut as a couple at the AFI Fest premiere of his new movie "Song Sung Blue." The couple, who costarred in the 2022 Broadway revival of "The Music Man,"matched in a classic black tux for Jackman, and a black slip dress for Foster.

Jackman and Furness, who costarred in the 1995 Australian show "Correlli," were married from 1996 to 2023, when the couple announced they had separated. "We have been blessed to share almost 3 decades together as husband and wife in a wonderful, loving marriage," they revealed in a statement to People. "Our journey now is shifting and we have decided to separate to pursue our individual growth."

USA TODAY has reached out to the couple's reps for comment.

The couple shares two children, Oscar Jackman, 24, and Ava Jackman, 20, whom they adopted in the early 2000s.

The Australian actress and producer, 69, filed for divorce in May, uncontested, and it was finalized in June.

She told People and The Daily Mail in a statement at the time that her "heart and compassion goes out to everyone who has traversed the traumatic journey of betrayal." She later called the "breakdown" of their relationship a "profound wound that cuts deep."

Jackman, 57, and Foster, 50, have been seen out and about together as early as January. The Tony winner has been married twice, to fellow Broadway star Christian Borle and screenwriter Ted Griffin. The latter marriage ended when the "Once Upon a Mattress" actress filed for divorce in October 2024 after 10 years of marriage.

The pair have been admirers of each other's work for some time. In 2022, while promoting "The Music Man" on "Late Night with Seth Meyers," Foster said she was "having the time of my life playing opposite this guy," while Jackman gushed: "This is a six-time Tony nominee, two-time winner. I saw her do 'Thoroughly Modern Millie' when you were like 4 years old. But I've watched everything she's done."
